Lula Holdings L.L.C., New Orleans, LA, has recalled Kill 'Dat Sanitizing Products Hand Sanitizer, 1 gallon (128 fl. oz.) 80% Alcohol. According to the FDA, the recall impacts “Batch 39, 192.78 pounds” for CGMP deviations. FDA analysis found the product contains acetaldehyde above specification limits. Kill’ Dat was initially created by the company, which operates a distillery, to help with supply of this critical hand hygiene product during the pandemic....
